Ida Ybarra has spent 18 years in injury and workers' compensation law, and she leads the firm's workplace injury practice. Her ground is the seam where a comp claim and an injury lawsuit overlap: whether an injury arose out of and in the course of employment, staffing agency and contractor structures, and the lien negotiation at the end. She's also licensed and in good standing in California and Washington, which matters more than it sounds.
